My second day in Oradea, Romania, I met a Hungarian friend Bzilard (I called him C-Laird) and we went to a Freemason Temple, the Oradea fortress, and the Felix thermal baths.
It was a rainy day, and it made the soviet apartment buildings look particularly bleak and dystopian.
Overall I found Oradea to be a pleasant city with attractive vibe. I wouldn’t say it’s as bustling as Cluj or Bucharest. It’s more relaxing, a place for love making, cheese tasting, and good wine.
